  • No travel costs are included, each participant (along with their team mates) has to arrange their own travel to the Event Site in Manchester

  • No travel is provided during the event as everything is within a 5 minutes walk

  • Participants are currently expected to arrange their own dinner on Thursday and Friday evening

  • Participants have to arrange their own drinks throughout the weekend

• Equipment / Kits

  • All partipants and captains have to provide their own kits and equipment (correct footwear, shinpads, etc.)
